Orders under $99.99: A flat shipping fee of $16 applies.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from Tibet to our logistics monitoring center in Canton, then forwarded from Canton or Hong Kong to your destination.
Throughout this process, we apply strict monitoring and quality-control procedures to ensure your package is securely handled and delivered in good condition.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If you have not received your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, please contact us at support@kailashessence.com.
